INTENSE HEAT AND HUMIDITY FOR AMERICA 250 CELEBRAtiON WEEK

Summer has arrived in full swing as over 250 million Americans will experience the peak of heat and humidity, at a time USA celebrates 250 years of freedom. Heat is expected this week from the Plains and Midwest to the East Coast beginning on Tuesday, June 30th. With many looking to spend time outdoors this week, it is important to remember to stay hydrated when out in the heat. Finding time to take some quick breaks in the shade or AC when possible will help minimize the risk of heat stroke or other heat related illnesses.
